Nourishment, not rules
Simple, realistic meal planning without guilt or restriction — food that works for your family and your week.
Wellness coaching for busy moms
Compassionate, judgment-free coaching on nutrition, movement, self-care, and recovery — drawn from 20+ years working alongside therapists and nutritionists, and from my own personal journey.

The four pillars
Simple, realistic meal planning without guilt or restriction — food that works for your family and your week.
Workout frameworks built for busy moms, designed around the time and energy you actually have.
Practical coaching for moms who pour into everyone else, so rest stops being the thing you skip.
Compassionate peer support from lived experience for moms, teens, and young adults navigating body-image concerns or eating struggles — at your pace and always without judgment.

About Rebecca
For more than two decades I've worked alongside therapists and nutritionists, watching what supports lasting change — and what quietly makes moms feel worse about themselves.
I've also lived it: the burnout, the body-image spiral, the years of eating patterns that stopped serving me. That personal journey is why my coaching is gentle, practical, and completely free of shame.
My work is peer and lifestyle support. When you need clinical care, I'll say so — and I'll gladly work alongside your providers.
